Number 1 Dinvin Street is a beautifully
restored, charming 18th Century cottage located
in the picturesque unspoilt fishing village of
Portpatrick on the Rhinns Peninsula in South West
Scotland.
The village lies at the closest point between
Scotland and Ireland and was for many years the
main mail and passenger link between the two countries.
The cottage is a two minute stroll from the harbour
where you can enjoy a drink outside one of the
local pubs as you watch the boats come and go.
Apart from the fresh seafood and excellent local
produce on offer in Porpatricks’ restaurants
, the surrounding area offers excellent golf,
tennis and fishing. The village harbour lies at
the start of the famous Southern Upland Way, which
crosses all the way to the east coast.
A short drive from the Village is The Mull Of
Galloway, Scotland’s most southerly point.

This whole area

views and excellent climate.
