The cottage underwent a major refurbishment in 2007and we have put in place an ongoing care and maintenance programme. Solid oak floors throughout and other original features add to the character of this unique property.

Number1 Dinvin Street accommodates a maximum of 6 people. There are three bedrooms; two twin rooms upstairs, which share a bathroom, and a double downstairs, with en suite facilities.

The comfortable sitting room has an open fire, flat screen digital TV and DVD.

The open plan dining kitchen, with log burning fire, is farmhouse “shaker style”, and facilities include:

The steep garden to the rear leads to a large decking area with unrivalled views across The North Channel to Ireland.
Number 1 Dinvin Street is a non smoking cottage and unfortunately we do not accommodate pets.
